YAMJ Default skin localized, English and Dutch included

This is the default skin included with YAMJ r1003 with a minor adjustment to translate strings to the prefered language.

Dutch and English translations are included.

in skin-options.xsl change the line

<xsl:include href="./resources/languages/eng_lang.xsl"></xsl:include >

to the prefered language file
eg:

<xsl:include href="./resources/languages/nl_lang.xsl"></xsl:include >

Any other translations are welcome
